When you have artisans who want to create art, you get a wide range of new ideas and creations. We're happy to introduce Patu's black pearl designs. He is an artisan who is a noted Tahitian tattooist and carver.
Using a classic shape, Patu has created the Puva'iva'i necklace that takes its inspiration from pareos flying in the wind. The single off center black pearl is a focal point and creates interest in the overall design.
Polished shell is approximately 2.5" wide and 2.75" in height. Black pearl is approx. 3/8" or 10 mm diameter. Tattoo's and shell hue vary. Each necklace is unique.
