Kili welcomes you to Hawaii, her beautiful homeland, for a workout that will shake up your regular routine. Tahitian Hip Hop, part of the popular Island Girl™ dance fitness series, will help you burn calories while learning some great new dance moves.
To create Tahitian Hip Hop, Kili combines the art form of Tahitian dance with her favorite hip hop moves. You will learn five basic Tahitian moves: ‘ami, figure 8, bump, flower, shimmy, and fa’arapu. Kili combines these with her favorite hip hop moves for a challenging and enjoyable dance fitness experience designed to help you stay slim and toned.
